Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage the full procurement lifecycle for management and project performance review. You will be responsible for preparing Purchase Orders (POs), processing Material Requests (MRs), and negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Supply Chain Logistics, Vendor Relations, and Budget Monitoring and a proactive approach to meeting tight project deadlines. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement process for F&B fit-out projects to meet management and project timeline benchmarks.
• Support supply integrity in Dubai, preparing Purchase Orders and processing Material Requests with 100% precision.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and site teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of material deliveries.
• Source and assess suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating terms to maintain procurement within approved project budgets.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to maintain accurate procurement reports and LPO logs.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3 to 4 years of professional procurement experience in the UAE (F&B fit-out preferred).
• Strong background in management of RFQs, vendor relationships, and current pricing trends.
• Professional background in education regarding ERP systems, MS Excel, and local material standards.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai construction environment.
