Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee maintenance activities for management and technical performance review. You will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, implementing repair solutions, and leading maintenance teams for irrigation and landscaping projects. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Irrigation Systems, Preventive Maintenance, and Infrastructure Upkeep and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance activities for infrastructure and irrigation projects to meet management and operational benchmarks.
- Support structural integrity in Dubai, diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective repair solutions with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and site teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of maintenance staff.
- Plan and schedule routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure all project assets remain operational.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track maintenance logs and coordinate with project teams for site requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of professional relevant experience within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of irrigation systems and large-scale landscaping infrastructure.
- Professional background in education regarding technical troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and team leadership.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a proactive engineering mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai contracting environment.
