Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Native Korean Teacher to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver engaging lessons for management and student progress performance review. You will be responsible for teaching beginner to advanced levels, customizing lesson plans, and fostering an interactive learning environment. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Linguistic Instruction, Pedagogical Adaptation, and Student Engagement and a proactive approach to personalized education. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Korean language lessons across all proficiency levels to meet management and educational benchmarks.
- Support academic integrity in Abu Dhabi, customizing methods and lesson plans with 100% precision based on student ability.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and academic staff to facilitate professional organizational coordination of the learning environment.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and goal attainment.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to create interactive learning materials and track student milestones.
🔹 Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in the Korean language is mandatory.
- Proven professional teaching experience is highly preferred.
- Strong background in management of classroom dynamics and diverse learning styles.
