Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Storekeepers to join our professional operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage material flow for management and logistical performance review. You will be responsible for receiving materials, verifying stock against purchase orders, and maintaining accurate inventory logs. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Inventory Control, Stock Management, and Site Coordination and a systematic approach to warehouse organization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders to meet management and accuracy benchmarks.
- Support material integrity in Abu Dhabi, inspecting goods for quality and quantity with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and procurement teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of material issuance.
- Organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure safety, easy access, and optimal housekeeping.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to maintain accurate stock records, logs, and inventory reports.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or relevant certification in Inventory/Logistics.
- Proven professional experience as a Storekeeper, ideally within construction or MEP projects.
- Strong background in management of stock control processes and inventory documentation.
- Professional background in education regarding ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and logistical safety.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a detail-oriented mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi project environment.
