Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can drive revenue growth for management and business development performance review. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry, maintaining long-term client relationships, and delivering technical presentations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Engineering Solutions, Technical Sales, and Procurement Processes and a proactive approach to market expansion. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet management and revenue benchmarks.
  • Support commercial integrity in Abu Dhabi, developing engineering solutions and technical proposals with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal technical teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of project execution.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and SAP Ariba systems to streamline procurement and sales documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven professional sales experience in the UAE Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong background in management of business accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Professional background in education regarding SAP Ariba systems, negotiation, and technical presentations.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a valid UAE Driving License, and thrive in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi engineering environment.
