Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and personable Customer Facing Executive / Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can facilitate exceptional first impressions for management and operational performance review. You will be responsible for managing front-desk operations across two prestigious locations, handling bilingual communications, and supporting administrative functions. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Guest Relations, Office Administration, and Bilingual Communication and a proactive approach to client service. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a welcoming and courteous visitor experience to meet management and service quality benchmarks.
  • Support administrative integrity in Dubai, managing incoming calls, emails, and internal calendars with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and various operational teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination across Ghaf Woods and Tilal Al Ghaf.
  • Maintain organized records, logs, and documentation while overseeing daily front-desk operations.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office applications to streamline administrative tasks and data management.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong background in management of front-desk operations or customer-facing roles.
  • Professional background in education regarding interpersonal communication, MS Office proficiency, and administrative tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license and personal transportation is preferred for travel between work locations.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai environment.
