Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver technical precision for management and commercial performance review. You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for hard and soft services, analyzing project requirements, and supporting competitive bidding strategies. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in MEP Systems, Civil Works Pricing, and Contract Evaluation and a proactive approach to cost-effective solutions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates to meet management and operational benchmarks.
• Support technical integrity in Dubai, handling estimation for MEP, civil works, and soft services with 100% precision.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and business development teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of bid submissions.
• Analyze project specifications and cost factors to develop effective pricing strategies and evaluate contract terms.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Excel to maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in estimation, preferably within FM or MEP industries.
• Strong background in management of multi-departmental coordination for project bidding.
• Professional background in education regarding pricing structures, service delivery models, and contract types.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, manage tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai engineering environment.
