Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified School Nurse to lead health services at a reputable educational institution in the Western Region. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver clinical precision for management and health performance review. You will be responsible for providing medical care, managing student health records, and promoting wellness awareness. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Clinical Nursing, Emergency Response, and Pediatric Care and a proactive approach to student safety. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to meet management and school safety benchmarks.
- Support clinical integrity in the Western Region, responding to medical emergencies and administering first aid with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, parents, and teachers to facilitate professional organizational coordination of student health concerns.
- Monitor and maintain accurate medical records while leading health education and wellness initiatives.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi health regulations and internal school policies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid DOH License or Eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong background in management of medical emergencies and clinical environments.
- Professional background in education regarding wellness awareness, first aid, and healthcare compliance.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, communicate effectively, and thrive in a professional Abu Dhabi school environment.
