Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-focused and experienced Shipping Coordinator to join our professional team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver technical precision for management and logistical performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing domestic and international shipments of stone and tile products, ensuring accurate documentation, and navigating customs procedures. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Dubai Trade e-Mirsal, Bills of Lading, and Fragile Cargo Handling and a proactive approach to supply chain flow. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee domestic and international shipments to meet management and delivery benchmarks.
- Support logistical integrity in Sharjah, preparing Bills of Lading and packing lists with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, freight forwarders, and sales teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of shipment tracking.
- Handle complex customs clearance procedures using the e-Mirsal system for both import and export documentation.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor shipment status and ensure the safe transportation of oversized and fragile materials.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2+ years of shipping or logistics coordination experience in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of UAE customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
- Professional background in education regarding e-Mirsal processes, stone/tile handling, and export documentation.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced Sharjah logistics environment.
