Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver fiscal precision for management and financial performance review. You will be responsible for handling accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting quarterly closing activities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations, and UAE VAT Compliance and a proactive approach to general ledger management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and vendor payment cycles to meet management and fiscal benchmarks.
  • Support financial integrity in Abu Dhabi, performing routine bank, cash, and intercompany reconciliations with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of operational expense tracking.
  • Oversee sales invoicing processes, including the issuance of credit and debit notes, and manage quarterly closing activities.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems (MS Dynamics) to maintain precise general ledger entries and support financial reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Professional background in education regarding general ledger management, prepayments, and financial documentation.
  • Practical experience with ERP systems and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, provide attention to detail, and thrive in an Abu Dhabi industrial setting.
