Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Affairs Manager (In-House) to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver legal precision for management and compliance performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing legal matters, ensuring strict adherence to UAE laws, and providing strategic counsel on luxury development projects. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Dubai Real Estate Regulations, Contract Negotiation, and Corporate Governance and a proactive approach to risk mitigation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on development projects to meet management and regulatory benchmarks.
- Support legal integrity in Dubai, drafting and reviewing complex real estate contracts and sale agreements with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal departments to facilitate professional organizational coordination of legal risk management.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and ensure compliance with all UAE real estate frameworks and laws.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate legal documentation for property acquisitions and sales.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); an LLM is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically with a real estate developer in Dubai (mandatory).
- Strong background in management of UAE legal systems and property development regulations.
- Professional background in education regarding legal drafting, negotiation, and risk advisory.
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, handle complex matters independently, and thrive in a dynamic Dubai real estate environment.
