Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our professional operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver fiscal precision for management and ledger performance review. You will be responsible for managing accounting support functions, maintaining financial accuracy, and assisting with invoicing, reconciliations, and VAT processing. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Invoicing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and UAE VAT Procedures and a proactive approach to project documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting and financial operations to meet management and corporate benchmarks.
- Support transactional integrity in Abu Dhabi, preparing invoices and conducting reconciliation activities with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and project teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of project-related documentation.
- Support accounts payable and receivable operations while assisting with UAE VAT compliance procedures.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Excel to maintain organized financial files and report data accurately.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of dedicated accounting experience inside the UAE.
- Strong background in management of financial files, transaction records, and reconciliation workflows.
- Professional background in education regarding accounting principles, invoicing structures, and UAE VAT regulations; knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS) is an added advantage.
- Must be currently inside the UAE and available for an immediate joining timeline.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi construction environment.
