Job Description:

Multiple roles are fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring individuals who can deliver structural precision for management and operational performance review. Current vacancies span academic faculties and support infrastructure, including Arabic Teachers (KG & Primary), Islamic Studies Teachers (KG & Primary), SEN Teachers (KG to Grade XII), School Bus Drivers, Bus Assistants, and Cleaning Staff. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Curriculum Alignment, Student Advocacy, and Safety Standards and a proactive approach to community well-being. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective curriculum instruction and operational support to meet management and school benchmarks.
• Support community integrity in Sharjah, managing classroom spaces or institutional transportation logs with 100% precision.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and school leadership to facilitate professional organizational coordination of daily campus operations.
• Provide specialized educational assistance for students with distinct learning needs (SEN role) or ensure strict environmental hygiene and safety standards (Support roles).
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools where applicable to track student progress or facilitate administrative workflows.

🔹 Requirements:

• Relevant qualification as per position: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a B.Ed for instructional roles; relevant experience for operations.
• For School Bus Driver: Must hold a valid heavy-duty UAE driving license.
• Strong background in management of student behavior, classroom resources, or operational duties.
• Professional background in education regarding curriculum standards, inclusive learning (SEN), or logistics safety.
• Prior experience within an educational or structured institutional setting is an advantage.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, communicate effectively, and thrive in a multicultural Sharjah school setting.
