Job Description:
We are expanding our retail footprint and seeking passionate, energetic, and customer-focused hospitality professionals to fill multiple vacancies within our professional team. Open positions across our hospitality structure include Restaurant Managers, Restaurant Supervisors, Head Waiters / Waitresses, Baristas, Kitchen / Bakery Commis, and Stewards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, floor workflows, or food preparation cycles to meet management and hospitality benchmarks.
- Support service integrity across various UAE locations, ensuring compliance with food safety and corporate hygiene protocols with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and branch leadership to facilitate professional organizational coordination of employee training and shift schedules.
- Provide exceptional guest experiences, handle customer inquiries efficiently, and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and smart POS systems to process customer transactions, monitor order workflows, and track daily inventory metrics.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Degree, or professional Culinary/Hospitality Certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in management of restaurant floor dynamics, food service execution, or kitchen stations.
- Professional background in education regarding food safety standatds, beverage preparation, or guest service models.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced UAE restaurant ecosystem.
