Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Civil Engineers to join our professional operations team within the UAE construction sector. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver engineering precision for management and on-site execution performance review. You will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating operations with contractors, and ensuring project delivery remains fully aligned with approved drawings and specifications. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Site Supervision, Structural Quality Control, and Construction Resource Optimization and a proactive approach to technical problem-solving. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution operations to meet management and project benchmarks.
- Support structural integrity across assignments in the UAE, executing construction processes according to approved technical specifications with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, corporate consultants, and project stakeholders to facilitate professional organizational coordination of engineering workflows.
- Monitor project timelines, manage site material utilization metrics, and maintain highly accurate structural documentation and progress records.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and project engineering software to resolve on-site technical issues and update scheduling variations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institutional framework.
- Relevant experience in civil engineering and site execution infrastructure.
- Strong background in management of structural contractors, site laborers, and project tracking protocols.
- Professional background in education regarding civil engineering design principles, compliance standards, and site safety procedures; UAE contracting experience is an advantage.
- Must be fully prepared for immediate joining timelines; preferred nationalities include Jordanian or Indian candidates as per project requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, solve complex mathematical and spatial challenges on site, and thrive in a fast-paced UAE construction environment.
