Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical E-Commerce Executive – Modern Trade to join our professional operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver listing precision for management and marketplace performance review. You will be responsible for managing product catalogs across key platforms, monitoring inventory data pipelines, optimizing digital category visibility, and coordinating fulfillment workflows. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Marketplace Portal Architectures, Category Optimization, and Inventory Synchronization Protocols and a proactive approach to modern trade solutions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on modern trade networks to meet management and revenue benchmarks.
- Support inventory integrity across digital channels in Dubai, reviewing pricing and availability matrices with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, key platform coordinators (Noon, Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys), and internal supply chain networks to facilitate professional organizational coordination of promotional campaigns.
- Analyze merchant analytics dashboards and market trend metrics to enhance product visibility and fulfillment processing speeds.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and automated retail frameworks to structure clear e-commerce performance reporting templates.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of dedicated e-commerce operations experience inside the FMCG sector.
- Strong background in management of online retail systems and product content optimization.
- Professional background in education regarding marketplace analytics, merchant dashboard operations, and category structure models; hands-on experience with Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, and Noon platforms is required.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and data coordination abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, manage dense product catalogs efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai digital ecosystem.
