Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting professional to join our professional finance team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver fiscal precision for management and ledger performance review. You will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and coordinating closing and audit operations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Accounts Payable/Receivable Structures and a proactive approach to corporate finance solutions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance to meet management and statutory benchmarks.
• Support fiscal integrity in Ras Al Khaimah, preparing comprehensive financial statements and documentation with 100% precision.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department, internal teams, and auditors to facilitate professional organizational coordination of financial closings and compliance evaluations.
• Execute timely bank reconciliations and manage underlying accounts payable and receivable tracking lines.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and spreadsheet architectures to process budgeting calculations and present monthly financial metrics.

🔹 Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com degree from an accredited academic institution is mandatory.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant and progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Strong background in management of financial files, general ledger balancing, and audit preparation processes.
• Professional background in education regarding accounting principles, statutory regulations, and financial reporting workflows.
• Must be currently based inside the UAE and ready for immediate deployment.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, solve complex data reconciliations independently, and thrive within a structured Ras Al Khaimah fiscal environment.
