Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales / Cashier to join our professional front-end operations team in Umm Al Quwain. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver billing precision for management and guest service performance review. You will be responsible for handling cash, card, and digital transactions accurately, maintaining billing verification systems, and ensuring seamless front-counter workflow synchronization with the kitchen. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Point-of-Sale Operations, Cash Reconciliation Protocols, and Customer Relations and a proactive approach to retail solutions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash, credit card, and digital merchant transactions to meet management and financial benchmarks.
- Support transaction integrity in Umm Al Quwain, managing daily cash collections and ledger reconciliations at shift end with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, kitchen staff, and service teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of guest orders.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate counter service while maintaining an organized and hygienic station layout.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and touch-screen POS software to process accurate sales bills, receipts, and order modifications.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder, or Diploma/Certificate in Business, Accounting, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of dedicated experience working specifically as an F&B Cashier is mandatory.
- Strong background in management of cash drawer processing, basic mathematical operations, and checkout procedures.
- Professional background in education regarding point-of-sale workflows, financial documentation, and guest engagement standards.
- Must currently be located inside Umm Al Quwain (UAQ) and available for an immediate joining timeline.
- Candidates holding a cancelled visa or visit visa status will be given preference.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, communicate fluently, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced Umm Al Quwain hospitality setting.
