Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facility Manager to join our professional operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver infrastructure precision for management and technical asset performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, orchestrating preventive engineering schedules, supervising technical staff, and regulating third-party vendor contracts. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Building MEP Operations, Preventative Maintenance Protocols, and Cost Control Governance and a proactive approach to operational readiness. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations and direct plant maintenance protocols to meet management and service benchmarks.
- Support infrastructure integrity in Dubai, engineering comprehensive asset safety matrices and equipment tracking logs with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, multi-disciplinary technical teams, and external service providers to facilitate professional organizational coordination of repair projects.
- Manage provider contract lines, supervise technical deployments, and execute expense auditing models to minimize overall facility overheads.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and automated tracking models to analyze performance trends and structure operational metrics for management review.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Facility Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record as a Facility Manager or equivalent operational supervisor.
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong background in management of multi-tenant properties, building MEP systems, and sub-contractor service lines.
- Professional background in education regarding health and safety compliance codes, preventative asset schedules, and service level agreements.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, coordinate multi-department workflows under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai operational landscape.
