Job Description:

We are seeking energetic, service-oriented, and dedicated professionals to join our professional entertainment and hospitality operations team in Abu Dhabi across multiple specialized tracks. These roles are fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring professionals who can deliver execution precision for management and venue performance review. We are currently mobilizing immediate talent across seven distinct core roles: IT Executive, Housekeeping Supervisor, Telephone Operator, Cashier, Waitress, Usher, and Food Runner. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Guest Relations, Venue Workflows, and Departmental Coordination and a proactive approach to fast-paced customer care. Available Positions & Role-Specific Criteria:

  • IT Executive: Requires mandatory previous professional experience within the cinema sector coupled with expert working knowledge of Vista software architectures and system troubleshooting.
  • Housekeeping Supervisor: Responsible for managing cleaning protocols and staff tracking. Must be fully bilingual in English and Hindi.
  • Telephone Operator: Focused on call center management and reservations routing; Arabic speakers with fluent English are highly prioritized.
  • Cashier: Tasked with financial transaction precision; prior experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment is a distinct advantage.
  • Waitress: Direct table service duties; prior exposure to Italian fine dining operations will be considered a significant plus.
  • Usher: Guest orientation and theater floor monitoring; fluent Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred to manage native customer tracks.
  • Food Runner: Busy kitchen-to-theater food delivery workflows; prior professional server background is required.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-tier guest service interactions across all designated service touchpoints to meet management and brand benchmarks.
  • Support venue integrity in Abu Dhabi, tracking cleanliness, cash workflows, and IT infrastructure systems with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, department heads, and ground crew to facilitate professional organizational coordination of daily shifts.
  • Enforce company operational standards, safety procedures, and customer satisfaction guidelines across theater spaces.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology systems and point-of-sale setups to ensure smooth customer processing and zero data delays.

  • High School Certificate, Diploma, or Certificate in Hospitality, IT, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related sector preferred.
  • Relevant professional experience within cinema, retail, F&B, or luxury hospitality operations is required depending on the role.
  • Strong background in management of front-of-house customer flows, administrative tracking systems, or back-office technical environments.
  • Professional background in education regarding guest service parameters, point-of-sale navigation, and cooperative team communication rules.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, verbal articulation, and customer problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, operate productively under busy weekend schedules, and thrive in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi entertainment hub.
