Job Description:

We are seeking qualified, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our professional Home Healthcare operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a medical professional who can deliver clinical precision for management and treatment delivery performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient vitals, administering prescribed therapeutic lines, maintaining flawless medical records, managing treatment adjustments with physicians, and observing high safety regulations. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in DOH Compliance Frameworks, Homecare Case Management, and Independent Clinical Decision-Making and a proactive approach to patient care tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive professional nursing assessments and home care treatment tracks to meet management and clinical safety benchmarks.
  • Support patient health integrity in Abu Dhabi, tracking diagnostic signs, treatment schedules, and pharmaceutical logs with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, multi-disciplinary medical panels, and patient family networks to facilitate professional organizational coordination of specialized home treatment plans.
  • Execute strict infection control methodologies, address real-time medical inquiries, and ensure total alignment with local DOH clinical updates.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology systems and telemetry tools to generate accurate patient reports, document progress notes, and secure clinical communication histories.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing; a valid DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) Registered Nurse License or official Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
  • Prior professional experience handling clinical pipelines within a Home Healthcare environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in management of chronic disease profiles, complex medication regimens, and independent field patient settings.
  • Professional background in education regarding patient safety protocols, advanced nursing practices, and statutory clinical reporting requirements; candidates must currently reside within the UAE.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, active clinical empathy, and sharp diagnostic analysis skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, navigate independent medical cases under fluctuating schedules, and thrive in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi mobile medical arena.
