Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Dental Assistant / Dental Nurse to join our professional healthcare operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a medical professional who can deliver clinical precision for management and procedural readiness performance review. You will be responsible for providing four-handed dentistry support, sterilizing specialized tools, preparing clinical environments, tracking dental materials, and registering accurate patient files. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Chairside Assisting Protocols, Cross-Infection Control, and Patient Comfort Maintenance and a proactive approach to operational workflows. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dental surgeons and specialists during clinical treatments to meet management and patient treatment milestones.
- Support sterilization integrity in Dubai, processing operational dental instruments and maintaining autoclave logs with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, clinical receptionists, and laboratory technicians to facilitate professional organizational coordination of patient schedules.
- Prepare treatment rooms, verify material stock levels, and provide post-operative guidelines to patients to ensure an exceptional care tracking cycle.
- Utilize digital Information Technology applications to maintain treatment history records, input clinical data, and update dental imagery databases.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Nursing, Dental Assistance, Healthcare, or a closely related medical discipline.
- Mandatory previous professional experience assisting dentists during procedures within the UAE market is required.
- Strong working knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization parameters, and local healthcare infection control procedures.
- Strong background in management of operatory environments, clinical materials, and patient treatment files.
- Professional background in education regarding dental hygiene protocols, chairside workflows, and local medical regulatory standards; a valid UAE license or official eligibility letter is required.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, coordinate productively with medical specialists under fast-paced parameters, and thrive in a high-standard Dubai hospital group.
