Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our professional camp administration team at a sister company facility located in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring an administrative professional who can deliver documentation precision for management and facility audit readiness performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing labor camp registers, indexing corporate permits, archiving multi-departmental logs, tracking entry-exit updates, and organizing file structures systematically. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Camp Record Architecture, Version Control Frameworks, and Regulatory Audit Compliance and a proactive approach to facility data tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive documentation tracks, filing registers, and archiving cycles for labor camp accommodations to meet management and compliance benchmarks.
- Support database integrity in Dubai, organizing municipal permits, welfare reports, and attendance lists with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, corporate compliance auditors, and field camp supervisors to facilitate professional organizational coordination of employee profiles.
- Prepare detailed data indexes, cross-reference version matrices, and manage document distribution histories to prevent security or administrative gaps.
- Utilize digital Information Technology applications and database systems to track folder modifications, format operational reports, and streamline document retrieval workflows.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder; a Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Business Administration, Document Management, Office Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven professional experience as a Document Controller with mandatory, hands-on experience handling operations within DIP labor camps is essential.
- Strong background in management of high-volume employee documentation pipelines, version control frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Professional background in education regarding statutory archiving rules, local corporate regulation structures, and professional office tracking methodologies; sharp proficiency in computer applications is highly valued.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-departmental coordination skills.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, navigate high-density records under camp-based field parameters, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai industrial sector.
