Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, detailed-oriented, and structured Project Coordinator to join our professional interior operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring an engineering professional who can deliver site logistics precision for management and project milestone performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily fit-out tracking logs, arranging subcontractor delivery matrices, updating client communication histories, archiving engineering submittals, and monitoring material delivery pipelines. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Fit-Out Site Coordination, Project Planning Parameters, and Multilateral Stakeholder Liaison and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive daily site parameters, project planning pathways, and physical deployment schedules to meet management and client delivery targets.
• Support structural integrity in Dubai, reviewing procurement documents, verifying material drop alignments, and archiving project execution details with 100% precision.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department, corporate suppliers, sub-contracting specialists, and client panels to facilitate professional organizational coordination of engineering works.
• Formulate clear project progress indices, compile material delay records, and manage municipal approval tracking steps to avoid project bottlenecks.
• Utilize digital Information Technology suites and enterprise tracking software to record field metrics, archive approval forms, and distribute communication updates across design hubs.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory for professional engineering evaluation.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional project coordination experience within the UAE interior fit-out market is required.
• Strong background in management of multi-tiered site timelines, material allocation lists, and engineering project submittals.
• Professional background in education regarding fit-out detailing, material specifications, local design regulatory processes, and professional business correspondence guidelines.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative approach to teamwork under tight project deadlines.
