Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and structured HR Executive to join our professional corporate operations team in Abu Dhabi (ICAD 3). This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a human capital professional who can deliver personnel records precision for management and workforce compliance performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing employee lifecycle onboarding structures, organizing labor and immigration documentation charts, updating internal employee databases, handling vendor invoicing matrices, and executing precise employee relations pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labor Law Compliance, Visa/Immigration Administration, and Multilateral Departmental Liaison and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive day-to-day employee lifecycle workflows, onboarding paths, and offboarding files to meet management and statutory operational standards.
  • Support structural integrity in Abu Dhabi, reviewing employment metrics, updating personnel records, and archiving internal payroll and time-tracking data with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, governmental immigration desks, corporate vendors, and supply chain managers to facilitate professional organizational coordination of labor approvals.
  • Coordinate workplace concern pathways, administer regional policy compliance tracking charts, and execute strict third-party supplier billing and invoice verifications.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology applications and HRIS platforms to log company records, archive worker immigration passes, and distribute policy changes across logistics hubs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or an aligned corporate discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven professional Human Resources experience within the UAE market is required.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for commuting across regional operational facilities.
  • Strong background in management of personnel architectures, labor document registries, and fast-paced operational priorities.
  • Professional background in education regarding UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) laws, immigration processing rules, and professional employee relationship frameworks; fluent communication in English and Hindi is required.
  • Excellent multi-departmental coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with a high degree of professional ethics.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, navigate shifting workplace regulations under tight deadlines, and thrive in an elite Abu Dhabi courier enterprise.
