Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a creative, motivated, and structured Videographer to join our professional media operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a visual production professional who can deliver site documentation precision for management and digital campaign performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing luxury residential shooting matrices, organizing multi-location filming tracks, updating social media delivery timelines, archiving technical audio-visual files, and executing precise property walkthrough templates. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Property Cinematography, Digital Video Editing, and Corporate Brand Alignment and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive day-to-day property shoots, digital production pathways, and physical equipment setups to meet management and creative marketing standards.
- Support structural integrity in Dubai, reviewing camera compositions, controlling illumination levels, and updating technical production libraries with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, property sales divisions, graphic designers, and corporate marketing committees to facilitate professional organizational coordination of media releases.
- Formulate clear social media clip indexes (Reels, Shorts, and Promos), compile file backup logs, and manage immediate production problem-solving routines to avoid campaign bottlenecks.
- Utilize digital Information Technology systems and post-production software applications to edit video assets, log creative files, and distribute final communication updates across digital networks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certificate in Media Production, Film Making, Photography, Digital Media, or an aligned creative discipline is preferred.
- Proven professional experience specializing in real estate videography inside the UAE market is strictly mandatory.
- Strong background in management of multi-layered editing tracks, camera systems, lighting arrays, and audio equipment.
- Professional background in education regarding cinematic framing rules, post-production audio synchronization, local luxury lifestyle trends, and professional corporate brand guidelines.
