Job Description:

We are urgently seeking an experienced, motivated, and structured HR & Admin Officer to join our professional industrial operations team based in National Industries Park (NIP), Jebel Ali, Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a human capital and facility services professional who can deliver personnel and structural administration precision for management and plant compliance performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing complete recruitment lifecycle onboarding structures, managing labor contracts and immigration rosters, organizing staff accommodation and camp logistics, handling JAFZA portal transactions, and executing precise vendor and administrative support pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Free Zone Compliance Regulations, Visa/Immigration Administration, and Workforce Logistics Management and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive day-to-day employee files, recruitment cycles, onboarding paths, and offboarding files to meet management and statutory operational standards.
  • Support structural integrity in Dubai, reviewing payroll logs, tracking attendance data, executing overtime calculations, and archiving leave tracking indexes with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, JAFZA authorities, medical screening facilities, and government immigration desks to facilitate professional organizational coordination of labor approvals, Emirates ID applications, and corporate renewals.
  • Oversee labor camp accommodation parameters, manage employee transportation arrangements, coordinate third-party vendor services, and administer immediate workplace facility problem-solving routines.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology applications, government portals, and Microsoft Office tools to log employee records, compile administrative reports, and distribute policy changes across industrial sectors.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or an aligned corporate discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven professional Human Resources and Administration experience within the UAE market is required.
  • Previous operational experience working within a JAFZA or equivalent Free Zone corporate environment is strictly mandatory.
  • Strong background in management of heavy industry personnel structures, blue-collar camp administration, and multi-tiered operational priorities; preference will be given to male candidates with industrial or manufacturing background.
  • Professional background in education regarding UAE Labor Law codes, Free Zone immigration portals, administrative reporting matrices, and professional office communication tools (Word, advanced Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent multi-departmental coordination, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills under high-volume manufacturing demands.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, navigate shifting free zone rules under tight timelines, and thrive in an elite Dubai heavy industrial enterprise.
