Job Description:
We are expanding our institutional capacity and seeking experienced, motivated, and structured educators to fill 11 distinct faculty positions within our professional academic operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring instructional professionals who can deliver curriculum precision for management and student achievement performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily lesson delivery plans, organizing class assessment tracks, updating parent-teacher feedback metrics, archiving statutory compliance logs, and executing precise instructional methodologies across our specialized departments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive day-to-day lesson delivery tracks, classroom materials setup, and specialized topic breakdowns to meet management and global learning standards.
- Support pedagogical integrity in Dubai, checking student grading distributions, reviewing lesson outline parameters, and archiving curriculum mapping with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, academic division heads, subject leads, and counseling units to facilitate professional organizational coordination of school initiatives.
- Provide detailed learning evaluations to parents, create custom educational development targets for student groups, and execute strict behavioral and academic tracking routines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology suites and student information databases to update academic progress, archive examination logs, and distribute course updates across school networks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Relevant Academic Degree matched directly to the targeted teaching subject is strictly mandatory.
- An official Teaching Diploma or formal postgraduate educational certification is required.
- A valid MOE Certificate of Recognition (Official Equivalency Letter) is strictly mandatory for all roles.
- A valid IELTS Certificate matching standard institutional requirements must be presented.
- Strong background in management of contemporary classroom spaces, differentiated instruction pathways, and student behavioral standards.
- Professional background in education regarding formative and summative evaluation metrics, curriculum standards, safety policies, and student-centric mentoring practices; candidates must currently reside in the UAE and possess active local teaching background.
- Excellent multi-departmental coordination, interpersonal skills, and classroom management abilities under modern educational settings.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, address multiple complex student needs under shifting variables, and thrive in an elite Dubai academic facility.
