Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and structured Accountant / Senior Accountant to join our professional corporate finance operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a financial management professional who can deliver project costing precision for management and corporate audit performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing complete general ledger closing structures, organizing project cost distribution charts, updating treasury and banking reconciliation metrics, archiving financial statements, and executing precise Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet finalization pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Construction Cost Accounting, Financial Statement Preparation, and Multi-Stakeholder Correspondence and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive day-to-day general accounting workflows, asset registers, ledger reconciliations, and bookkeeping files to meet management and international reporting standards.
• Support structural integrity in Dubai, reviewing material cost allocations, tracking project-based expenses, evaluating sub-contractor outlays, and archiving financial reports with 100% precision.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department, construction site managers, banking representatives, and external auditors to facilitate professional organizational coordination of statutory audits.
• Formulate clear monthly financial statements, compile profit allocation models, handle working capital adjustments, and manage immediate operational problem-solving routines to avoid budget overruns.
• Utilize digital Information Technology suites, specialized accounting systems, and advanced corporate spreadsheet software to record transactional entries, log cash flows, and distribute corporate balance sheets across business units.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree in Accounting or Finance is strictly mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven professional accounting experience in a structured corporate environment is required.
• Strong background and industry experience within the UAE construction, engineering, or aluminium façade sector is highly preferred.
• Extensive practical knowledge in the management of full-cycle accounting architectures, corporate balance sheets, and project budget parameters.
• Professional background in education regarding IFRS rules, localized industrial taxation practices, project costing metrics, and corporate financial correspondence tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork under strict deadline pressure.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, navigate complex commercial balances under shifting variable constraints, and thrive in an elite Dubai industrial enterprise.
