Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and structured Accountant to join our professional industrial finance operations team located at Al Ghail Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a financial ledger professional who can deliver transaction and shipment cost precision for management and factory audit performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing complete end-to-end ledger closing structures, organizing shipment cost allocation matrices, updating banking trade instruments (LC/CAD) tracks, archiving month-end reconciliation files, and executing precise inventory valuation pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Industrial Cost Accounting, Trade Finance Documentation, and Accounts Payable/Receivable Management and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive day-to-day accounting entries, general ledger updates, transaction tracking, and petty cash systems to meet management and compliance standards.
  • Support structural integrity in Ras Al Khaimah, reviewing invoice verifications, tracking supplier and customer account reconciliations, and archiving trade finance logs with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, plant operations managers, commercial shipping lines, banking institutions, and external auditors to facilitate professional organizational coordination of statutory financial reviews.
  • Formulate clear month-end closing records, compile trade instrument files (Letters of Credit and Cash Against Documents), evaluate shipping profitability indexes, and manage immediate budget problem-solving routines.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology suites, specialized accounting systems, and advanced corporate spreadsheet software to record manufacturing asset trends, log inventory adjustments, and distribute balance sheets across industrial units.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an aligned commercial discipline is strictly mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven professional accounting experience in a structured corporate environment is required.
  • Strong background in the management of full-cycle fiscal processes, multi-layered reconciliation matrices, and corporate cash flows.
  • Professional background in education regarding financial reporting standards, international trade banking frameworks (LC, CAD), material inventory evaluation techniques, and industrial reporting tools; background in manufacturing, recycling, or heavy industrial sectors is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork under tight month-end closure limits.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, navigate complex shipping ledger balances under fast-paced variables, and thrive in an active Ras Al Khaimah manufacturing facility.
