Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and structured Estimator (Interior Fit-Out) to join our professional project bidding and commercial operations team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a quantity surveying and commercial analysis professional who can deliver pricing and analytical precision for management and project pre-qualification performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing complete tender package allocations, organizing multi-tiered material take-offs, updating vendor negotiation matrices, archiving statutory submittal logs, and executing precise value engineering pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Bespoke Joinery Details, Turnkey MEP Pricing, and Comprehensive BOQ Formulating and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive day-to-day cost estimation schedules, material take-off files, and pre-bid analysis metrics to meet management and market bidding standards.
- Support structural integrity in the UAE, reviewing spatial floor blueprints, checking interior design specifications, and compiling detailed BOQs covering civil, joinery, and MEP trades with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, procurement teams, project site managers, specialized sub-contractors, and material suppliers to facilitate professional organizational coordination of competitive tender pricing.
- Conduct regular site visits to register structural measurements, identify site constraints, clarify technical gray areas, and execute immediate on-site problem-solving routines to avoid bidding errors.
- Utilize digital Information Technology suites, AutoCAD tools, and advanced financial spreadsheet setups to evaluate material yield logs, calculate specialized labor burdens, and distribute balanced commercial bids across project divisions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or an aligned architectural discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven professional experience specializing in Interior Fit-Out estimation inside the UAE market is required.
- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of custom wood joinery parameters, high-end decorative finishes, and complex commercial layouts.
- Professional background in education regarding measurement rules, local supplier network directories, value engineering frameworks, and technical tender drafting formats.
- Mandatory technical proficiency in operating AutoCAD software and advanced MS Excel database structures for complex mathematical formulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver accurate submittals under pressing deadline limitations.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, coordinate multiple high-value tenders simultaneously under shifting parameters, and thrive in an elite UAE commercial engineering hub.
