Job Description:
We are expanding our high-performing commercial division and seeking 15 experienced, motivated, and structured Sales Managers to join our professional property sales operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a real estate sales and business development professional who can deliver transaction and client acquisition precision for management and revenue target performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing high-value asset consultations, organizing investor presentation tracks, updating client database records, archiving sales pipeline matrices, and executing precise high-net-worth (HNW) transaction pathways. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Luxury Property Sales, Investor Relationship Management, and Turnkey Deal Closure Pathways and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive day-to-day luxury sales strategies, investor pipelines, and target-driven property campaigns to meet management and developer revenue expectations.
- Support structural integrity in Dubai, reviewing high-value investor profiles, tracking transaction compliance records, and archiving sales progress reports with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, corporate marketing units, business development leads, and financial auditors to facilitate professional organizational coordination of project launch promotions and client events.
- Formulate clear market trends analysis summaries, compile detailed performance forecasts, conduct high-level property presentations, and manage immediate negotiation problem-solving routines to secure elite deal closures.
- Utilize digital Information Technology suites, specialized CRM software, and real estate database platforms to log customer interactions, manage premium lead generation streams, and track target completions across property divisions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or an aligned commercial discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven professional property sales experience working with top-tier real estate developers inside Dubai is required.
- Demonstrated track record of personal sales contributions reaching AED 75 million to 100 million on an annual basis.
- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of luxury real estate portfolios, high-net-worth investor behaviors, and UAE market dynamics.
- Professional background in education regarding real estate regulations, contract law, value presentation methodologies, and advanced negotiation practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a highly polished, well-groomed, and goal-oriented professional baseline; fluency in English is required (Hindi and Arabic are considered an asset).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, navigate shifting target parameters under competitive pressure, and thrive in an elite Dubai luxury real estate enterprise.
