Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and structured Physiotherapist to join our professional clinical operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a physical rehabilitation and patient recovery professional who can execute therapeutic programs and progress monitoring precision for management and medical board performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily patient assessment tracks, organizing tailored physical therapy routines, updating clinical status charts, archiving administrative compliance files, and executing precise medical rehabilitation pathways. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive day-to-day physiotherapy evaluation lines, physical rehabilitation setups, and localized clinic programs to meet management and DHA quality expectations.
- Support structural integrity in Dubai, checking patient entry documentation, tracking rehabilitation case profiles, and archiving clinical treatment records with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, referring general physicians, specialist orthopedic consultants, multi-disciplinary health networks, and clinical managers to facilitate professional organizational coordination of integrated patient therapy loops.
- Formulate clear recovery status plans, manage immediate client interaction issues, conduct descriptive exercise orientations, and execute orderly clinical session turnarounds to prevent patient scheduling bottlenecks.
- Utilize digital Information Technology suites, specialized clinical management tools, and electronic data filing networks to update patient diagnostic reports, file physical therapy metrics, and manage medical records across clinic units.
🔹 Requirements:
- An active and valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License or official DHA Eligibility Letter is strictly mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or an equivalent recognized medical qualification from an accredited institution.
- Fluency in Hindi speaking skills is strictly mandatory to fulfill our specialized patient demographic communication requirements.
- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of diverse musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and athletic rehabilitation strategies.
- Professional background in education regarding anatomical mechanics, patient mobilization safety standards, automated medical documentation, and clinical ethics guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and team-collaboration skills with a highly compassionate, detail-oriented baseline.
