Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and structured Specialist Radiologist to join our professional medical imaging operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a medical diagnostics professional who can deliver imaging interpretation and clinical reporting precision for management and medical board performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing advanced diagnostic modalities, organizing patient imaging paths, interpreting complex scans, archiving compliance records, and executing precise therapeutic consultation pathways. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive day-to-day diagnostic imaging protocols, scan operations, and clinical assessments to meet management and healthcare quality compliance targets.
- Support structural integrity in Dubai, reviewing radiological film sets, analyzing complex diagnostic data, and archiving medical reporting profiles with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, referring specialist consultants, clinical nursing managers, medical lab technicians, and hospital directors to facilitate professional organizational coordination of integrated patient treatment paths.
- Formulate clear diagnostic interpretation summaries, compile urgent alert notices for critical findings, conduct case review sessions, and manage immediate clinical problem-solving routines to improve patient care outcomes.
- Utilize digital Information Technology suites, specialized PACS networks, and hospital EMR software to record image findings, cross-reference diagnostic metrics, and distribute medical balances across hospital divisions.
🔹 Requirements:
- A valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License or official DHA Eligibility Letter as a Specialist Radiologist is strictly mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent) along with a recognized Master’s Degree, Board Certification, or equivalent Specialization in Radiology.
- Proven professional background and relevant experience specializing in the field of clinical radiology and multi-modality diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of complex radiological practices, safety benchmarks, and radiation protection protocols.
- Professional background in education regarding advanced imaging cross-sections, medical ethics, automated recording, and clinical compliance regulations.
- Excellent reporting, analytical, diagnostic, and interpersonal communication skills, with a female candidate preferred for this particular vacancy.
