Job Description:

We are expanding our regional commercial division and seeking a highly motivated, target-driven, and structured Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our professional technical sales team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a mechanical systems and construction materials distribution professional who can deliver estimation and account management precision for management and commercial division performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing pipeline sales pipelines, organizing site and consultant meetings, updating client account profiles, archiving contract documentation, and executing precise project sales pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Subcontractor Networks, MEP Material Specification Frameworks, and B2B Account Management and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients within the construction industry.
  • Promote and sell products related to HVAC, MEP systems, insulation solutions, and building materials.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company sales growth through effective project sales strategies.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to generate and close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business development efforts.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Active professional background within the UAE HVAC, MEP infrastructure, structural insulation, or civil building materials sales sector is required.
  • Strong understanding of structural project sales cycles, tender documentation, and the broader UAE construction market.
  • Excellent communication, executive negotiation, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value client accounts and maintain long-term professional partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and highly capable of executing targets within a fast-paced environment.
  • An educational background in engineering, industrial sales, or relevant commercial disciplines will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of project estimation tracks, submittal packages, and delivery milestones.
  • Professional background in education regarding thermal insulation dynamics, airflow calculations, material safety guidelines, and modern CRM systems.
