Job Description:
We are expanding our core dispatch division and seeking a highly organized, reliable, and structured Logistics Foreman to join our professional precast transport operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a material handling and fleet deployment professional who can deliver driver coordination and delivery timeline precision for management and fleet supervisor performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing material loading tracks, organizing trip dispatch sequences, updating driver compliance records, archiving delivery logs, and executing precise logistical movement pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Road Network Navigation, Fleet Utilization Metrics, and Multi-Tier Driver Communication Channels and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and transport activities related to precast operations.
- Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely transportation of materials to project sites.
- Coordinate with drivers, site teams, and operations staff to maintain smooth workflow and communication.
- Monitor transport operations and ensure efficient route planning based on UAE road networks.
- Maintain proper records of deliveries, vehicle movement, and operational activities.
- Support site management activities and resolve logistical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, transport safety standards, and operational requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, heavy transport coordination, or related industrial sectors is required.
- A valid UAE driving license is strictly mandatory.
- Fluency in Urdu and Hindi speaking skills is required for effective communication with operational teams.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and physical site management abilities.
- Proven background in trip scheduling, delivery pipeline tracking, and route asset optimization.
- Excellent operational knowledge of UAE highway networks, transport regulations, and logistics safety procedures.
- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of heavy vehicle configurations, load restrictions, and turnaround timing constraints.
- Professional background in education regarding cargo security mechanisms, industrial warehouse safety codes, inventory record keeping, and automated dispatch applications.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, direct driver groups under changing site receipt schedules, and thrive in an elite Dubai transport network.
