Job Description:

We are expanding our regional sales support division and seeking a well-organized, proactive, and structured Sales Admin & Customer Service professional to join our professional real estate team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring an administrative pipeline and client services specialist who can deliver transaction logging and documentation precision for management and broker division performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing incoming client inquiry tracks, organizing contract review stages, updating database profiles, archiving corporate records, and executing precise asset support pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Property Administration Rules, Real Estate Database Management, and B2B/B2C Customer Relations and a proactive approach to operational tracking.   • Handle and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the sales team with documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks.

  • Ensure smooth internal coordination between sales and operations teams.
  • Monitor and update system records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
