Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical, meticulous, and organized Accountant to drive daily bookkeeping operations, technical tax filings, and ledger monitoring tracks at our corporate headquarters in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi. This active financial role demands complete accounts payable and receivable control, precise audit file documentation, and immediate transactional variance resolution to guarantee cash flow velocity for executive management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting routines, general ledger adjustments, and comprehensive bookkeeping operations accurately.
  • Prepare detailed corporate financial reports, balance sheets, and supporting profit-and-loss documentation for management review.
  • Maintain, reconcile, and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable records to ensure timely settlement cycles.
  • Ensure all corporate transactional records strictly align with UAE VAT laws, FTA guidelines, and updated financial regulations.
  • Assist internal and external auditors by compiling required transactional logs, asset registers, and verified tax documents.
  • Support annual corporate budgeting tracks, cash flow forecasting, and strategic cost-control analysis.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across internal operational divisions regarding corporate invoices, vendor payments, and expense filings.
  • Maintain highly structured, secure digital archives of corporate bank statements, journal vouchers, and fiscal records.

🔹 Requirements:

  • A formal Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is strictly mandatory.
  • Possession of educational certificates fully attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) is required.
  • Proven professional experience working as a corporate accountant; previous accounting background within the UAE is highly preferred.
  • Strong functional knowledge of local UAE accounting frameworks, FTA VAT submission portals, and corporate tax regulations.
  • High level of technical proficiency across mainstream ERP accounting software systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots).
  • Excellent numerical accuracy, analytical reasoning, and the ability to operate independently against compressed closing deadlines.
  • Practical background in education regarding double-entry bookkeeping, audit trail verification, credit risks, and financial data management tools.
  • Candidates available for immediate professional placement will receive primary operational preference.
