We are seeking a highly analytical, meticulous, and organized Arabic Speaking Accountant to drive daily corporate financial transactions, full accounting cycles, and regulatory filing tracking tracks in Dubai. This active operational role demands complete accounts payable and receivable control, precise audit file documentation, and immediate balance sheet reconciliation to guarantee optimal cash flow velocity for corporate management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day corporate accounting routines, digital general ledgers, and transactional updates accurately.
- Prepare, review, and process commercial invoices, payment vouchers, and precise journal index entries.
- Maintain highly structured, secure digital records of financial commitments, bank reconciliations, and closeout archives.
- Monitor, reconcile, and optimize accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking loops to protect liquidity metrics.
- Assist with the structural preparation, calculation, and timely filing of corporate UAE VAT returns.
- Generate detailed periodic financial reports, balance sheets, and supporting data summaries for management evaluation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external audit professionals and internal departments regarding transactional data accuracy.
- Ensure complete alignment of all fiscal actions with local UAE financial regulations and company governance policies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Must be a Native Arabic speaker with strong bilingual professional communication skills (mandatory requirement).
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven professional accounting experience within the UAE corporate sector is required.
- Possession of a formal Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Strong functional knowledge of UAE accounting frameworks, corporate tax regulations, and statutory VAT submission workflows.
- Hands-on operational proficiency utilizing automated corporate ERP environments and accounting software suites.
- Advanced computational abilities using Microsoft Excel (nested functions, pivot arrays, formulas) and MS Office tools.
- Practical background in education regarding double-entry bookkeeping rules, audit trails, credit control loops, and financial data management platforms.
