Job Description:

We are seeking a highly meticulous, analytical, and organized IP Billing Executive to drive daily inpatient financial transactions, pre-authorization approvals, and financial discharge tracking tracks across our hospital network. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate directly with inpatient admissions regarding insurance approval cycles for emergency cases and elective surgical operations.
  • Prepare detailed medical treatment cost estimates in close collaboration with attending physicians, surgeons, and nursing staff.
  • Manage structural patient discharge routines, ensuring total accuracy across clinical pricing files and final medical records.
  • Address patient and family inquiries clearly regarding copayments, inclusions, exclusions, and general financial documentation.
  • Liaise professionally with corporate enterprise clients, international health insurance companies, and internal medical auditors.
  • Execute precise financial data entry, updates, and case file logging tracks inside the Hospital Information System (HIS).
  • Maintain highly secure, confidential electronic archives of patient billing files in accordance with health privacy regulations.
  • Support continuous revenue cycle improvement frameworks to eliminate billing leakages and minimize insurance claims rejections.

  • Possession of a formal Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience operating within hospital billing, medical insurance, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong verbal, written, and cross-departmental English communication skills; professional proficiency in Arabic is a distinct competitive advantage.
  • Deep functional understanding of regional health insurance pre-authorization portals, medical coding, and automated hospital billing systems.
  • High level of computational accuracy, structural time management, and the emotional intelligence to manage stressful patient scenarios.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate efficiently against tight daily timeline quotas and maintain strict patient data confidentiality.
