Job Description:
We are seeking passionate, qualified, and highly organized educators to fill multiple teaching positions—specifically Math Teachers, Science Teachers, and Homeroom Teachers—at our campus in Dubai. Available Positions:
- Math Teacher: Delivering foundational and advanced arithmetic, algebraic, or geometric principles aligned with US Common Core standards.
- Science Teacher: Conducting inquiry-based scientific exploration, laboratory exercises, and NGSS-aligned instructional modules.
- Homeroom Teacher: Managing core subject instruction, daily classroom routines, and foundational student development for primary levels.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highly engaging, interactive, and structured lessons built around American Curriculum standards and institutional guidelines.
- Plan, prepare, and execute comprehensive weekly lesson plans, instructional materials, and formative assessments.
- Assess student performance tracks continuously, providing constructive academic feedback and individualized support loops.
- Maintain an inclusive, highly organized, and positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and safety.
- Support student development holistically, addressing academic, social, and emotional milestones effectively.
- Collaborate seamlessly with grade-level teaching colleagues and school leadership on cross-curricular integration and curriculum planning.
- Participate actively in school faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, student events, and professional development workshops.
- Maintain highly secure, accurate electronic records of student progress, attendance, and evaluation portfolios.
🔹 Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the specific, relevant subject area of instruction is strictly mandatory.
- Possession of a recognized professional teaching qualification such as a B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent state teaching license is required.
- Minimum 2 years of proven full-time teaching experience operating successfully within a school environment.
- Strong instructional communication skills, excellent command of English, and proven classroom behavior management strategies.
- Prior professional experience teaching the American Curriculum framework is considered a distinct competitive advantage.
- Practical background in education regarding differentiated learning models, formative testing tools, technology integration, and lesson management systems.
