Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized Registered Nurses to manage daily inpatient or outpatient clinical support, patient assessment cycles, and direct medical treatment tracks at our active centers in Rolla and Muwaileh, Sharjah. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highly compassionate, accurate, and direct primary patient care in strict alignment with regional healthcare licensing standards and medical protocols.
- Monitor patient physical conditions continuously, accurately tracking vital signs and escalating acute physiological variations to senior medical specialists.
- Administer oral medications, intravenous therapies, and specialized localized treatments precisely as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Maintain highly secure, error-free electronic patient records, nursing care logs, and diagnostic documentation tracking within the clinical database.
- Assist multi-specialty doctors and surgical teams seamlessly during complex medical examinations, clinical diagnostics, and minor outpatient procedures.
- Enforce complete sterilization, environment hygiene, and stringent infection control protocols across all assigned clinical treatment bays.
- Educate patients and family members comprehensively regarding custom treatment paths, pharmaceutical instructions, and post-discharge home care models.
- Collaborate actively with inter-departmental healthcare professionals to maximize clinical performance and general clinical safety objectives.
- Support day-to-day clinical operations, emergency response protocols, and facility workflow optimization metrics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Possession of a formal BSc or PBSc degree in Nursing from an accredited academic institution is strictly mandatory.
- Must possess a valid Sharjah Health Authority (SHA) license or Ministry of Health (MOH) eligibility certification to practice in the UAE.
- Proven professional background with active clinical nursing experience operating within the UAE healthcare system.
- Deep structural clinical knowledge, strong diagnostic observation traits, and robust emergency nursing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and cross-departmental English communication skills; professional teamwork mindset with strong empathy.
- Demonstrated capability to operate under stress and multi-task efficiently inside a fast-paced, modern medical environment.
- Practical background in education regarding nursing theories, sterile safety standards, pharmacology math, and electronic medical record (EMR) management systems.
