Job Description:

We are seeking a deeply creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to manage daily corporate branding initiatives, cross-border digital campaigns, and international distributor remediation tracking tracks at our centralized commercial offices in Dubai.   • Command international market exposure programs and coordinate export-oriented promotional frameworks across emerging foreign sectors.
  • Govern relationship networks and communication pipelines with regional distributors, B2B wholesalers, and international business partners.
  • Organize global exhibitions, premium trade shows, localized promotional campaigns, and corporate experiential marketing events.
  • Monitor live campaign performance analytics, process conversion data, and translate market trends into actionable expansion models.
  • Strengthen and standardize corporate identity parameters across all active distribution networks and communication channels.
  • Collaborate fluidly with regional sales wings and supply chain logistics arms to ensure complete alignment with quarterly revenue targets.

🔹 Requirements:

  • 4 to 7 years of active, hands-on professional background operating within marketing, brand management, or corporate business development.
  • Prior professional experience navigating the luxury perfume, global cosmetics, beauty, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors is preferred.
  • Deep structural understanding of cross-border distributor frameworks, international export dynamics, and digital marketing logic.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder presentation, and cross-departmental coordination capabilities.
  • Uncompromised, fluent command of verbal and written English is completely mandatory.
