Job Description:

We are seeking a highly meticulous, structured, and mathematically astute Accountant to manage daily corporate bookkeeping operations, month-end balancing sequences, and financial reporting remediation tracking tracks at our corporate headquarters in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Govern day-to-day general ledger accounting cycles, bookkeeping inputs, and financial transaction matching processes.
  • Prepare, adjust, and present localized periodic financial reports, balance sheets, and operational income statements.
  • Execute complex multi-vendor bank reconciliations, corporate credit line audits, and payment file documentation controls.
  • Provide comprehensive operational support during month-end closes and statutory fiscal year-end corporate accounting sequences.
  • Process high-volume supply invoices, track operational café outlays, and coordinate vendor payment disbursement pipelines safely.
  • Maintain absolute ledger system accuracy, verifying transaction integrity inside specialized cloud enterprise software systems.
  • Build algorithmic spreadsheet models using advanced Microsoft Excel tools to evaluate fluctuating food cost margins.
  • Coordinate daily financial data tracking with internal retail operations, procurement managers, and administrative wings.

  • Strong structural understanding of localized corporate accounting rules, general ledger double-entry systems, and financial analytics.
  • Advanced technical operational familiarity with specialized cloud accounting setups and digital ERP database platforms.
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and multi-source reporting matrixes.
  • Prior professional background navigating accounting within the UAE food and beverage, restaurant group, or hotel industry is highly preferred.
