Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptionally compassionate, detail-oriented, and clinical-minded Healthcare Assistant to manage daily patient pre-op pipelines, treatment room sterilization workflows, and procedural assistance tracking tracks at our state-of-the-art clinic in Jumeirah, Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior medical professionals and cosmetic surgeons with daily clinical procedures, post-treatment dressing applications, and patient care activities.
- Prepare complex aesthetic treatment rooms, sterile medical equipment, and private laser consultation suites prior to scheduled client procedures.
- Support patients attentively during advanced anti-aging treatments, ensuring total emotional comfort and absolute clinical safety throughout their stay.
- Maintain highly confidential patient electronic medical records, assisting with administrative healthcare documentation and consent forms.
- Enforce absolute compliance regarding clinic hygiene, institutional infection control protocols, and DHA patient safety standards daily.
- Coordinate fluidly with internal front-desk guest relation operators, nursing supervisors, and inventory teams to optimize daily patient flow.
- Provide excellent bedside customer service, maintaining polished, supportive, and professional communication lines with premium clients.
- Assist under strict professional supervision with general wellness therapies, cosmetic skin procedures, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
- Ensure all high-value clinical consumables, cosmetic injectables, and advanced skin care equipment are properly organized and fully maintained.
🔹 Requirements:
- Possession of a formal Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited university is strictly mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years of verified professional clinical experience operating within a registered hospital, medical group, or wellness setup.
- Prior experience navigating high-end aesthetic environments, anti-aging clinics, laser centers, or premium plastic surgery practices is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal capacities paired with strong verbal communication command over the English language; Arabic skills are a strong plus.
- Polished personal styling, high emotional intelligence, and a deeply patient-focused approach under high-volume clinic schedules.
- Practical background in basic education regarding sterilization timing protocols, asset yield math, and clinical workflow management methodologies.
