Job Description:

We are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage daily logistical pipelines, cross-departmental supply workflows, and administrative remediation tracking tracks at our corporate hub in Abu Dhabi.   • Govern master operational schedules, managing multi-tier delivery appointments, transport routing parameters, and administrative planning calendars.
  • Communicate dynamically with cross-functional corporate departments to monitor task deadlines and remove supply chain barriers smoothly.
  • Monitor live distribution operations, addressing logistical field variations immediately to preserve strict quality and temperature metrics.
  • Support executive leadership by executing complex administrative assessments, resource forecasts, and operational variance reports.
  • Ensure all client order fulfillment processes meet strict time constraints while maintaining total record-keeping accuracy and structural efficiency.
  • Enforce close alignment with corporate compliance blueprints, standard operation guidelines, and statutory UAE municipality hygiene standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of a minimum of 2 years of verified professional experience operating as an Operations or Logistics Coordinator within the UAE hospitality, supply chain, or catering sector is mandatory.
  • Solid academic foundation through a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Logistics, Operations Management, or a related commercial track.
  • Deep structural understanding of supply-chain workflow tracking, fleet deployment metrics, schedule modeling, and business communication protocols.
  • Advanced software capability utilizing modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) logistics systems, multi-tier scheduling platforms, and complex MS Excel data tools.
  • Exceptional presentation capabilities paired with professional verbal and written communication command over the English language to lead cross-departmental status updates.
