Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally dynamic, precise, and strategy-driven HR Officer to manage daily workforce pipelines, advanced faculty acquisition workflows, and employee relations remediation tracking tracks at our campus headquarters in Ajman.   • Handle internal employee relations workflows dynamically, assisting in resolving workplace concerns and balancing campus morale metrics.
  • Maintain highly precise digital HR records, archiving staff credentials, ministry approval inputs, and visa documentation files.
  • Coordinate fluidly across various academic faculties and administrative departments to eliminate operational friction in HR execution.
  • Assist in interpreting, implementing, and updating internal school HR policies, ensuring total alignment with evolving regional labor guidelines.
  • Track staff performance assessment portfolios and organize foundational documentation loops for compliance review by educational authorities.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Prior professional experience operating within human capital administration or talent acquisition pipelines inside a United Arab Emirates school setup is strongly preferred.
  • Solid academic foundation through a relevant degree or higher technical diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related organizational sciences.
  • Deep structural understanding of school HR operations, educational administrative processes, Ministry of Education/regulator onboarding guidelines, and employee relations tracking.
  • Advanced software capability utilizing modern Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), electronic employee database architectures, and Microsoft Office communication suites.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation capabilities paired with professional verbal and written communication command over the English language to interface with multicultural academic squads.
