  • Manage and audit the comprehensive full lifecycle recruitment cycle for diverse IT, cloud infrastructure, software development, and technical engineering roles.
  • Source, engage, screen, and shortlist qualified, highly technical IT professionals using advanced Boolean strings, niche tech networks, and direct headhunting pipelines.
  • Coordinate technical interviewing loops dynamically, balancing candidate communications and hiring squad feedback loops systematically to prevent pipeline friction.
  • Build, categorize, and maintain high-volume, long-term technical talent pipelines to meet active and forecasted corporate engineering requirements.
  • Work closely with executive stakeholders, system architects, and technical division directors to synthesize complex engineering hiring prerequisites accurately.
  • Ensure exceptionally smooth, professional, and efficient end-to-end recruitment delivery loops from initial target identification to successful contract onboarding.
  • Maintain high system database hygiene within the internal applicant tracking tool, updating pipeline documentation parameters regularly for management reviews.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of 4 to 5 years of verified professional experience operating directly inside technical talent acquisition pipelines or specialized IT recruitment agencies is strictly mandatory.
  • Solid academic foundation through a relevant degree or higher technical diploma in Human Resources, Business Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent organizational discipline.
  • Deep, verified structural knowledge of Middle East regional recruitment practices, local market labor dynamics, and technical compensation benchmarks is essential.
  • Proven practical expertise independently navigating complex, full-cycle candidate sourcing and screening techniques across niche software frameworks and engineering setups.
  • Advanced software capability utilizing modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), corporate database management portals, professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter), and Microsoft Office communication suites.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities paired with professional verbal and written communication command over the English language to lock down high-caliber tech talent contracts.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priority technical requirements independently while protecting total data privacy and applicant file hygiene under rigid deadlines.
