🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of a minimum of 3 years of verified professional experience navigating corporate administration, HR assistant, or project accounting tracks directly within the United Arab Emirates construction industry is strictly mandatory.
  • Solid academic foundation through a relevant degree or higher technical diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or Commerce.
  • Deep structural understanding of UAE Labour Law regulations, site staff mobilization processes, and standard human resources procedures is essential.
  • Proven practical capability utilizing basic accounting principles, transactional entries, and general financial ledger management processes.
  • Demonstrated capacity to multitask effectively and remain highly organized within a fast-paced, high-volume engineering and construction corporate framework.
