• Enforce absolute compliance with international safety protocols, site safety mandates, and Dubai Municipality civil regulations.
• Review, interpret, and cross-reference multi-layered AutoCAD shop drawings and blueprints meticulously for site implementation loops.
• Manage material inventory usage patterns, manage site equipment resources, and direct comprehensive structural quality control checks.
• Resolve onsite technical structural anomalies, design deviations, and spatial interference issues quickly to protect timelines.

• Possession of a formal Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institutional framework is required.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verified, hands-on site supervision experience within the UAE construction market is required.
• Possession of an active, valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Card is strictly mandatory for this deployment.
• Demonstrated structural experience managing structural concrete pouring, civil architectural finishing, and premium interior decoration projects.
• High technical proficiency operating digital blueprints, structural schematics, and AutoCAD software for rapid revision cross-checks.
